Eligibility

To place an order with RusCuisine, you must be 18 years of age or older. You affirm that you will use our website and services only in a lawful, safe, and intended manner, adhering to all our policies.

Account and Customer Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and order information for all purchases made through our service. This includes your contact details, payment information, and delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account. The customer who places the order is considered the primary responsible party for all transactions.

Product Availability and Condition

We make every effort to ensure our food is of the highest quality and freshness. However, specific ingredients, especially those that are seasonal or locally sourced, are subject to availability, which may require substitutions of equal or greater value. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation. You are responsible for promptly consuming or storing your food according to food safety guidelines (e.g., refrigeration) upon delivery and reporting any issues with the quality or condition of your delivered order.

Fees and Pricing

All dish prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery fees will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed at the time of your order. Full payment is required at the time of order to secure your purchase. Prices for our dishes and services are subject to change without notice.

Order Completion and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address, including any necessary access codes or instructions. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if you are unavailable to accept the delivery. Once a delivery is completed and left at the address, RusCuisine is no longer liable for the order's condition due to external factors like improper storage, spoilage, or theft.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our policy. Cancellations for standard orders may be made up until our kitchen begins preparation. Catering and large event orders are subject to a specific non-refundable deposit policy detailed at the time of booking. If you believe your food does not meet our quality standards, you must contact our customer service team within a reasonable time of delivery, with photographic evidence, to be eligible for a review and potential credit.

Intellectual Property

The RusCuisine name, logo, website content, photography, and all related service names and brand assets are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited license to access and use our website for personal use. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or website content is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct and Liability

Users are responsible for their use of our website. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose or to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing. Our total liability in connection with any food or service purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that specific order.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any dispute, the courts of London, England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
